Pricing Information
All the prices shown for the products features on this website are quoted in pounds sterling. They are subject to VAT (if applicable) at the current rate of 20.0% which is shown in the text, and will be shown again at the checkout during any payments. Postage and packing costs shown here, will sometimes be subject to VAT charges.
Order Restrictions
Payment can only be acceptded from the card registered to the billing address. Note that you will be required to enter your 3D Secure details, and all payments are operated by either PAYPAL or through NOCHEX.
Ordering Online
Purchasing products online requires you to click the ‘buy now’ button for the product you wish to purchase. From the basket page you will be able to alter any product quantities. Also you will have the option to delete any products not required. By clicking on the checkout page you will be able to review your order and any postage and packing charges.
You will be taken to a secure page to enter your payment details. Please make note of your purchase reference number.
Once your order has been accepted online, you will be directed to a confirmation and thank you page within this website.
If there are any issues regarding your order, we will contact you through email.
Payment
NOCHEX will accept most payment cards including: Visa, Mastercard, Eurocard, Switch/Maestro, Solo and Delta as forms of card payment via their secure site. It has to be noted that for security reasons, all payment cards will be security checked with card issuer. For PAYPAL your card bill will show PAYPAL*J1AUTOMOTIV.
We do not charge any surcharge on card payments.
Validation checks & Liability
All cards are subject to validation / security checks and authorisation prior to us shipping the products with the card issuer. If we are delayed or refused payment from the card issuer, then this will of course delay or indeed stop the delivery of the products ordered.
We take fraudulent use of card payment online very seriously. Extra checks can and will be carried out in any suspicious circumstances.
After Sales and Guarantees
We gurantee all goods for any faults in manufacturing. As the goods we sell are for vehicle performance and all products purchased are used at your own risk. Products cannot be guaranteed for damage or wear and tear through use. It is your responsibility to ensure proper use of the goods for whatever application you choose to use them for. We cannot be held responsible for any inicidents caused by the use of the products.
Returns and Faulty Goods
Unused, and unwanted goods which are in good condition together with the original undamaged packaging can be returned within 7 days. The full amount will be refunded on inspection, however the cost of Postage costs cannot be refunded. It is your responsibility to ensure the delivery of any returned goods to us. Where the product is faulty, a replacement will be offered or a full refund given at your own discretion.
