As well as developing our own branded high performance air intakes, we also offer a bespoke design and development service for branded or unbranded low volume applications, including performance cotton filters.
With many years experience in automotive 'Air Induction', and many more years in other areas of automotive engineering and development, we at ‘j1 automotive’ not only have the knowledge, but also the vast experience necessary to help our customers deliver an air intake system that meets their every needs.
Having the right ‘Air Induction System’ in your vehicle is essential if you are to obtain the optimum in performance from your engine. Providing a filtration system with high dust holding efficiencies is important when considering your engines protection. High unrestricted flow rates will bring out the maximum in the engine performance, and through NVH considerations, the ‘Air Intake’ can also be developed to suit your intake noise requirements. We believe that our ‘Air Induction Systems’ will provide the optimum in vehicle performance, through high levels of efficiency and at very competitive levels of investment.
All our design and development work including the manufacture and assembly, is undertaken within the UK, and with our ISO 9001:2008 certificate, our product quality, and product quality planning standards are exceptionally high.
